Infrastructure and Team
Pragati Electrocom has a modern design & development center equipped with fully automated manufacturing facility. The company has two manufacturing facilities one at Kotputli, Rajasthan and second at Manesar, Haryana. The facility at Kotputli sprawls across an area of 20000sq. meter, which includes 12000sq. feet of fabrication shop, 6500sq. feet galvanizing plant, 3000sq. feet powder coating plant, 7000sq. feet copper coating plant, 6000sq. feet chemical mixing plant and 4000sq. feet Electric Lifting Barrier(ELB) assembely bay. The facility at Manesar sprawls across an area of 22000sq. feet which houses state of art manufacturing, design and testing of sophisticated electronic & electric equipment. The infrastructure is upgraded on time to time keeping in mind the present day's requirements thus enhancing the productivity and maximizing customer satisfaction. The infrastructure is manned by a well trained & experienced team of technicians, which form an essential element of our manpower.
A team of 120 experienced technical & non-technical professionals form the backbone of Pragati's infrastructure. The team works in tandem to analyze, evaluate and develop products that meet customer requirements. The manpower is carefully selected by our experienced recruitment panel and the management team who ensure quality of the human resource. In an endeavor to enhance their productivity, regular in-house sessions are conducted that gives a new vision to the employees to refreshes their knowledge.
